any1 knows when they hit the game? i was expecting it to be available in crown store the same time as anniversary due to obvious reasons...i am really hoping it will not be locked behind crown crates only...that would be a garbage move from zos and as much as i consider myself a master crafter with everything available...i will refuse to buy crates just for motifs...

My guess is Summerset, but there has be no official announcement.

It'll be before Summerset. There will be new motifs with that so if the Tsaeci one was coming at the same time you'd think the Summerset ones would be available for preview too.

Personally I think they'll time it for sometime after the hype for Summerset had died down a bit to get people back in game and involved - bridge the gap between the announcement and the release a bit!

The other crown store motifs have been with events rather than dlcs so it's not outside the realms of possibility that it'll turn up for the second week of the anniversary event

I'm not sure everyone realize but its a difference between Akaviri and Tsaeci Akaviri...

it was on the morrowind pts for a bit, but i didn't know what it was at the time. i assumed it would come out with the chapter.
