Problem at City of Ash

I am trying to solo City of Ash (normal) and I have beaten 5 bosses before final boss, It seems I can't enter Final boss room, It says 'You cannot use that door right now'
What Seem to be the problem ? I am standing outside the door for 5 minute for now, If I go out I will need to do it all from beginning.
A Quick help would be much appreciated. With Anniversary event going on, I am burning minutes here.
