Can we please get this option? I remember on PC it helped my performance considerably and I think it would be nice to have on console too.

We've been asking for a lot of things on console since release. So far they have listened on some things but they need to step their game up.

PC players already get early access, PTS access, and access to user created add-ons to help with a lot of the trivial aspects of the game.

When do we get some console love? Do something to make our lives less of a grind in menus or give us settings to help with lag at the cost of visual appearance.

I gave in....upgraded my PC so when I want certain experiences I'll jump back on PC....my old account

I don't think they have capacity to offer what many of us consider basic requests for console experiences....its been what 3 years.....

I think we are supposed to drink it. It might help with the headaches I get from less than 5fps combat.

Nah I think you're just supposed to inhale it. I hear it simulates the experience of playing the game on console.

i would turn down all graphic settings till i see the polygons for sake of performance. Graphics are not what makes a game fun. Leave that to the immersion plebs.

I don't think that it will affect the performance too much, because grasses are 2D and draw distance is short anyway. Difference is 1-2 fps on my pc.
