Where to buy furniture?

Hello, I apologise in advance if this is a silly/obvious question, but I can't seem to find any furniture to buy in-game (aside from crown purchases). I've spoken to all the furnishing vendors I could find, and Rozhika only sells rocks and plants, whilst the other vendor only sells achievement furnishings. So where would I buy normal furniture like beds, bookcases or chairs? Thanks!

Zone furnishing vendors have different items, so you might hop around a bit. However, I usually get furnishing from a guild store, or you can get them from the Crown Store through the housing editor.

Guild stores are good places. There’s a furnishing category, then subcategories you can filter. The best / most populated stores will be wayrest, mournhold, elden root and rawlkha. Be prepared to pay about $10k per purple item, and $5k per blue (the mats players put into these are quite expensive, so this is a decent price).

You can preview furniture in the guild store by hitting R3. You can also go to Eso fashion and look up furnishings there...then in addition to photos they’ll tell you the subcategory so you can search for those items faster.

Merchants who sell furniture: crafting vendors, mystics (enchanters), NPC guild, outlaw refuge. Their inventory will be same regardless of zone. Home Goods Furniture have specific zone-themed items such as plants, rocks, etc.

Is there a particular property you are furnishing at this time?

This one she may have a thing or two in all of her many storage chests that perhaps may be useful to a traveller setting up home for the first time.

Thank you all for your help! I have found the guild traders - these are the ones that are clustered on the outskirts of the city, yes? I had somehow always assumed they were for members only, good to know they’re open to all. I’ll spend some time browsing their inventory over the next few days. I don’t need a lot of furniture yet (just a few pieces for the inn room) as I’m holding off buying my main home until I see the ones in Summerset.

If you are a member of the guild you can use the trader from any bank or use the trader stall.

Guild trader stalls outside are open to anyone traveller. A wealth of recipes and food and all the furnishings you could ever want can be found here.

You may be better picking up a few basic recipes and making the things you need yourself though. Few people may think it worth using up a selling slot to sell basic green recipes or basic furnishings.

Thank you, @SantieClaws , and thank you for your kind offer in your previous post (I'm a little embarrassed, I wrote that post just before bed and didn't see your post). I'm on the NA server, but that's ok, I quite enjoy foraging for stuff since it forces me to get out and explore the game I'm very much looking forward to crafting a few pieces, I've been working on my woodworking and have some heartwood saved up.
