That's crazy you have already gotten the set. I've opened close to 200 boxes and have only gotten TWO wormcult motifs. You are one lucky fella.

Please don't think in having a go, but how do you balance work, and playing the game when you have so many characters doing such tedious *** ...

Sounds like you work , turn on ESO and work some more instead of actually having fun

Six writs times 15 characters. Done in Vivec, Mournhold, Rawl'ka, or Stormhold, even done manually, it takes 5-10 minutes per if you have a mind for patterns. Best time to build up your crafter's motif knowledge, this event is hugely profitable.

First day I got 6 our of 15, of which a BA page. So my take is that you really shouldnt be mindlessly grinding 50+ a day. Group up & share and take your time. The event is there until the 16th. You guys are all going to burn yourselves out and then complain economy is @#%@ or game is boring, or that you have NOTHING LEFT TO DO (because you found all your missing motifs etc...), or that this and that person affect negatively your grinding or that X is too easy or Y is too long yadiyadiyada.

TLDR: relaaaax with the grinding. Enjoy the game. Event is there for another week and a half.

Writs on 11 characters per day, with some guild dailies for characters that need to max out the skill lines. I'll do zone dailies in Morrowind, CWC and elsewhere as time permits. On the weekends I intend to do more, including pledges, Cyrodiil town dailies, etc.

At least 90 from max-level writs on all my 15 characters. Then it's whatever content I feel like doing that day. Maybe some pledges, maybe some PvP, maybe some Undaunted Delve grinding with the guild, you know how it is.

12 chars X 6 crafting writs = 72 guaranteed boxes daily. Soon to be 13x6 because of a new toon. Also some miscellaneous boxes from PVP, pledges, etc. nothing consistent though.

ZOS events really benefit people who have many characters btw.

Yeah, you're right, these last couple days I've done nothing on ESO except grind these boxes. It's very boring. But I just turn on mlb.com and pick a game and throw it on my computer while I work on it or watch wrestling or something. It's not SO bad when you consider that.

However, this looks like the one and only chance I will have to get the wormcult motif. Before this event, my main was a master crafter who knew all styles in the game. As of the event, I am no longer truly a master crafter. This bothers me. I need to finish that motif set. But, I also don't want to spend my warchest to get any pages because even though I have plenty of gold, for some reason I'm wary about spending it, so I want to earn them all myself.

I'll be very happy when I complete the set and can just go back to doing writs on the 3 characters that have all the crafting perks. Between work and family the boxes are indeed eating up all of my playtime. I imagine it will continue to do so til the end of the event based on the poor drop rates I'm getting for the motifs.

Day 1: 12 writs * 14 characters + a couple of other dailies
Day 2: 6 writs * 14 characters + 7 or 8 other dailies

Tonight I might try to get a 15th character to level 6 for 6 more daily writs. Probably will get more bang for my buck than trying to do other dailies tonight.

48 Crafting Writs then my main will tackle the FG/MG/Bolg Dailies, Orsinium Delve Daily, MW Ashlander Dailes and Halls of Justice Delve Daily, TG Heist and Spencer Rye Daily, DB Sacrament and Anvil Daily and CWC Slagtown and Delve Daily. I stay away from the WB/Arena Dailies as I'm not good enough to solo them and my social anxiety issues make it difficult for me to group up.
If I have the time, energy and inclination then my other Vet alts will start running through those extra dailies - especially the Orsinium, MW and CWC as I still want and need the motifs involved like Trinimac etc.

Seven characters doing 6 writs, but running out of mats too often = about 40. However, the extra XP when chasing down the surveys to rectify that makes it feel not so bad.

The weekend should allow more time for the extra guild dailies etc., too.

I did consider creating an extra character for the event, but it never happened.
