It's very simple, while the maintenance is going on, we can't do dailes to get anniversary boxes to try and get the motifs (which apparently drop, personally i've busted about 40 boxes and gotten 0 motifs...only low end mats and some dirt 
)
so how about throwing a few boxes (about 5 per player) to the players on the EU server to make up for the ones we miss out on due to...well, things breaking

✭✭The event runs till the 16th... You have plenty of time to collect more boxes.
Go outside, take a walk, make some dinner.
I'm glad they're hotfixing the issue, and while it's entirely possible that they could whip up an algorithm that mails players 5 boxes, it really isn't worth it given the short downtime estimated. And unless the maintenance takes much longer than expected, it would be better for the devs to focus their manpower elsewhere.6 -

✭The first maintenance today, this afternoon, was while my girlfriends was away with our baby boy, and ruined my chance of playing while they were away.
This second maintenance, tonight, is right after we tugged in our baby boy for the night, where I have a couple of hours to play before I need to get to bed myself.
As such both my windows of opportunities to play today have been ruined by maintenance. I don't care if it will only be 2 hour plus another 2 hours, to me it could just aswell have been the entire day. So the net loss of time during the anniversary event for me is a day of dailies.
Upgrade the EU servers so they are as stable as the NA ones and give EU seperate maintenance times (in general) so we don't come across as second priority customers compared to your NA audience, thank you!7 -

✭✭✭✭✭We already had one downtime earlier today this afternoon, now we have a second one, 1-2 hours at least, which means it will be in the middle of the night on a workday when the server is back up again. I had at least 10 dailies or more to finish before bedtime, 4 Gold Coast, 6 Wrothgar and possibly Hew's Bane as well.
I mean, some kind of compensation, if not anything else then at least 1 more day of the event, would have been nice ...4 -

✭i actually think it's too much free stuff. There's plenty of dailies in the game, and you can get up to 6 boxes per character only from the writs. And for me, 1/5 boxes had a motif. Maybe you wanted to say "in 40 boxes i found no motif that i didn't already knew"-PC EU- / battlegrounds on my youtube0 -

in order to have been robbed of something you have to have possession of it.

People are upset because its almost always issues with the EU servers and it is starting to get annyoing.3 -
