Guilds/Friends/Ignore lists completely removed O_O?

i was afk for 20 minutes to the store and ofc i got disconnected...when i came back everything is gone...it seems I'm not the only one...but please...can we stop having those kind of pranks ZoS? =.= it gets old after a few times...
