Help! I'm stuck in the Shadow Cleft

Yesterday, my friend was showing me this particular spot in the Shadow Cleft delve that you could climb up to to see the outside border of the zone (you know, where you aren't supposed to be able to go). I was an idiot and jumped off of the edge because I thought it would be fun, and I wanted to get a screenshot of the underside of the zone. However, my character is now completely stuck and I cannot get out. It spawns me halfway down the wall, where I fall five feet, and then am teleported up again. If I open the UI, it causes me to just fall and I eventually hit a point where it just completely logs me out of the game, and upon logging in it has reset me to the original position. I have tried /stuck, and it logs me out before it transports me, and I tried just regular wayshrining, but it is interrupted by my movement. I don't know what to do! (the Character name is Dragon Days)
