Missing 1500 Crowns from ESO+ Subscription -- PC platform

It's been over a week now and I still have not received my 1500 crowns for ESO+ Monthly subscription.

Last response I got from the ticket I submitted was 3 days ago saying they identified the problem. If they identified the problem, is that really that difficult to fix it?

This is only my 2nd month into the game and wondering if this is a common issue.

    Are you on Xbox? Apparently Xbox has issues with it sometimes..

    As far as I recall, it's a common issue on XBox. The problem is then knowing who's responsible, ZOS or MS - each will very likely refer you to the other.

    This is on the assumption that you are on a monthly subscription. If you are on multiple months subscription, e.g. 6 months, then you receive all the crowns at the beginning of the period and nothing more each subsequent month.

    Yeah, I got charged for my ESO+ this month but didn't get my crowns either. Damn Xbox :smile:

    Yes, most people have had an issue with it at some point or another if played long enough. I have never heard of it not being resolved with Customer Support.

    You were correct in that assumption... this is the right place to come. I personaly havent had this issue and so unfortunately cant help on this occasion but im sure somebody will be able to offer some insight. But thanks for raising this issue

    Did the money actually come out of your account? I’m having a similar issue, but it’s because the money hasn’t actually been withdrawn from my bank account yet.

    I’m having a heck of a time getting them to take the money I owe them...

    Did the money actually come out of your account? I’m having a similar issue, but it’s because the money hasn’t actually been withdrawn from my bank account yet.

    I’m having a heck of a time getting them to take the money I owe them...

    That bug will surely be fixed very very very soon :trollface:

    There is an ongoing issue since last week where transactions with the ESO store were reporting as successful, but weren't actually.

    If the money hasn't come out of your account, your bank probably stopped it from going through because they were waiting on the transactions to finish processing, each bank does it differently AFAIK.

    Some people have money in limbo that's being returned to them in the next few days, since ZOS couldn't do much but tell the banks to refund certain purchases.

    Just count your blessings that you're not one of the people unlucky enough (like me) to buy the game and end up not being able to play because of these issues. I missed the Jester's Festival and now I'm probably going to miss a chunk of the Anniversary, so I'm hoping me and a few others affected get some form of compensation.

    Geez. Missing the jubilee boxes is painful.

    Same here, missing my 1500 crowns, despite payment having been processed and ESO+ being active.

    Same problem with my account: Payment did not go through and they said they are waiting a few days to make sure any pending transactions cleared...even though I told there there was nothing pending.
