Improve the Deadly Strikes Set

This set has fallen behind.
Both bonuses are the same as any other set bonus, which is a contrast to many other 3-piece sets. Who at least have a unique 3-piece or buffed stats.

Come Summerset, it will fall even further behind.
I suggest that this set be looked at.
And If I had to offer my own suggestion on how it could be improved:
Change the 3-item bonus to be:
Dealing Damage with Light and Heavy Attacks increase your Weapon and Spell(?) Damage by 75 for two seconds, stacking up to 5 times. (All stacks lost after two seconds pass)
(Offers more total damage that Agility, but has less of a resource pool and falls off if you miss or have to re-engage. You could even just copy the code from pre LA buff Grim Focus)

- ZOS changes them and they think they'll do it well, but actually makes them even more useless;
- ZOS buffs them and when everybody starts wearing them because they became a meta, ZOS nerfs them one update later0 -

IAVITNI✭✭✭✭✭With the set bonus change to 2h weapons, these 3pc jewellery sets become much more important balance wise as they will be what makes Trial weapons competitive with 2-5-5 setups.
Honestly, buffing Agility/Willpower/Endurance by 10% and then buffing all other set stats to that same level should be enough.0
