Soul Shriven Motif

Hi guys,
In the description for the Soul Shriven style, it says that it is awarded for completing Cadwell's Silver. Is there a way of getting the motif if the style came out after already completing the entire storyline?
The reason I am asking is because I have had this character since closed beta on PC and I need the soul shriven style for a master crafting writ.

✭Completing the storyline is a subset, not a superset, of Cadwell's Silver. You may have more work to do.0 -

✭✭✭✭If you had completed Silver it would have been awarded retroactively at the time it was introduced, the Dark Brotherhood update if I'm not mistaken, almost 2 years ago. I had already completed the quests and either received it in mail or had it added directly in lore library. If you don't have it it might be a bug, so you can raise a ticket for it. ✭✭I just spent a while checking, and when the soul shriven style was added (in the thieves guild update, patch 2.3.5 https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/251063/pc-mac-patch-notes-v2-3-5) all players who had already completed Cadwells silver should have received the motif in their mail.
If you didn't then I think support should be able to send you one. Just open a ticket on your character in game.

I checked in Cadwell's Almanac and all of it is completed (silver and gold), so I will have to submit a ticket, I guess.0 -
