[Summerset] Bound Armor: Is the %8 magicka buff gone?

Greetings, i have been seeing the change about Bound Armor no longer being a toggle skill on many testers' posts. However, i couldn't see anything about the %8 magicka buff. Is it gone with the toggle too or is it now default when you put the skill on the bar?

Honestly, who the hell had complaints about Bound Aegis anyway? The buffs weren't crucial enough to warrant a nerf.

The 8% buff will stay, Alcast confirmed it, only change is that it won't be a toggle anymore.

As for my understanding, it will be a passive element for the skill, meaning that should you want to go for the overall resource, you still have to dual-bar it, but if you go for the damage from the increased resource, front-bar usage would do.

Improvement nonetheless.
However, the "tanking" active part (okay, PVP too) makes no sense to me: tanking ability with clear damage passives. A little bit schizophrenic.
(And deadly cloak just got nerfed because of that - so cmon, ZOS, make up your mind: damage mitigation or damage dealing skill.)

So, here comes another question: i saw that one morph buffs light attacks by %11, but for how long? Anyone?

This is a change that the community has been asking for a long time, and it's awesome that it's finally coming.

Yes, the 8% magicka buff is still there, but it's now a passive from slotting the ability (just like Inner Light). Activating the ability grants an additional effect (increased block mitigation by 20%).

No more strict need to double bar it! You can single bar it and the effect takes place instantly when you swap to that bar. This is huge for introducing more possible build options.
