For anyone have a high-end processor but with stock fan which fails to cool down the CPU, doing this can and will reduce the overheat problems of your processor. (if you dont mind 30-45fps gaming) (some countries have small stock of tech hardware, buying a good Cooler Master CPU fan is not always possible.)

Start menu>Control panel>Large icons>Power Settings>"Create a new power plan">"High Performance" name something you remember>Next>Advanced Power Settings> "Processor Power Management" Minimum %55, System Cooling Policy: Active , Maximum %65 or 75. APPLY and OK

You can change and edit these CPU settings at any time on this specific window to get your best setting depends on your CPU and heat. This is a Windows built-in settings, meaning this settings does not impact to your BIOS settings (as far as I know) so dont worry about anything like that.

If you have a CPU like Intel i3, Core 2 Duo, Core 2 Quad, its probably better to not change this options since many of i3 models have only 2 cores and reducing this windows CPU power options can greatly ruin your gaming experience. Use this only if you have a good model of Intel i5 or i7 with 4 cores or more. AMD processors like FX 8350 have like 8 cores so they can do anything they want. (aaaaaaand we dont talk about that Intel i9 quick money-grab scamming)

You can create many power plans. For crappy Windows 10 users, you dont have control panel on sight. Because Microsoft is the "new" Apple now, they trying SO hard to destroy their own operating system. Follow this steps to access control panel instead of "settings" garbage which provides less options. Cortana or Search box>type in "control panel" hit enter. If you dont see the power settings, switch to Large View/icons.

Doing these simple steps can reduce your CPU overheating problems in games, check your CPU temperatures with a free program like Speccy or something like that. Thats also means you can protect your CPU lifespan so it don't get fried.

Enjoy with this great game ESO! oh and.. psst...
LONG LIVE THE EMPIRE!
