So does this buff apply to AP gains? Faction/Guild Gains?

Like I know you get xp for skills but like dark brotherhood and thieves guild and PVP stuff is it extra too or no?

I don't know if you understand what I'm trying to say here...

Last year it was just vanilla XP. No increase to faction skill line "xp" or AP.
