Warden's Ethernal Guardian ultimate morph bug "Video Proof"

I can say that Ethernal Guardian morph's instantly respawn feature mostly not working in Cyrodiil. Once my bear get killed it must respawn next to me instantly but its not. Also some times my character starting the cast summon animation automaticly instead bear respawn. Sometimes bear not even respawning even the cooldown start. I tested this in duels outside of cyrodiil its working normally but there is a problem in Cyrodiil. Please take a look.

IARTOI✭✭✭Here is the proof for Warden ultimate bug. Fisrt part bear die and not respawn instantly. Second part bear disappeared (not dead) and not coming back with recall command.
