aoe warning bug?

is it just me or does aoe warnings happen randomly for other people or doesnt happen at all? for example in a dungeon or a quest then the red aoe warning can show up a splitsecond or after the aoe attack has already started. sometimes a boss can do an aoe attack without there being a red circle on the ground. can happen on same boss in the same dungeon if you do the dungeon twice a day or can be a completly different boss

Which dungeons and bosses are you seeing it on?

I've not had issues with them not showing or being delayed personally. I know the Templar boss in Dragon Star doesn't have a red effect attached to its Nova ability.

for example the dwemer centurion bosses in vollenfell.the 2 daedra bosses in crypt of ash. sadal in the stonefalls area brothers of strife.

wonder if i shall create a new thread for another questline bug that i have
