Some questions about Champion Points

Just reached level 50 but before spending the CP I want to know :
1. I read that CP affects other characters as well .Does that mean the characters from that point or also include the existing ones ?
2. Will they benefit the same or will be given the same amount of CP to spend individually ?

If you played Diablo 3, its like Paragon points. They're shared among all your characters and each level 50 character you have can feed into leveling the same pool.

CP is account wide so CP earned on one character will be applied to all characters. You can have each character setup differently and they will have access to the full amount of CP you have.

It's simple
CP level (and by extent points to spend) are account wide however the buffs from CP expenditure as well as where the CP is spent is per character i.e. if you have 100 points and you put 100 points into mooncalf (increased stamina regen) on character A, character B will still have 100 points to spend, and will not be effected by the mooncalf on Character A

another small note, cp level is "carry over" in other words, say you get to CP 300, then you make another character.. when that character hits 50, boom, they instantly jump up to cp 300
