Vampires and makeup&tattoos.

I had actually thought, that this was fixed since the appearance options came available in collections, but it seems vampires forget how to wear lipstick, eyeliner and tattoos.
I mean i am fine with the stage appearances as it si, though id be happy to have somewhat normal at stage 1, but i just dont get, how vampires suddenly forget the skill to use any makeup or that tattoos simply disappear. I think, that it would be reasonable to allow vampires to use at least makeup and tattoos if nothi8ng else.
