Preorder of Summerset - and no Morrowind

I'm doing my best to keep my jets cool. This is very unprofessional. I've waited about a week after submitting a help ticket for my partner to receive Morrowind with his pre purchase of Summerset.

Can someone please resolve this soon?

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom : since this is not a bug in the existing software, and it is a Customer Support issue about purchasing the software, the OP should be moved to the appropriate Customer Support section of this forum.

Just to be sure, did your partner buy a package which includes both Summerset and Morrowind?

The Summerset pre-purchase digital upgrade package should include Morrowind as a "bonus":
Summerset Upgrade.

The Summerset pre-purchase digital Standard Edition package also includes Morrowind as a "bonus":
ESO Summerset Edition

The following pre-purchase digital package includes both Summerset and Morrowind, and all of the preceeding DLCs: The Elder Scrolls Online Collection

For what it is worth, I have seen a page on which just the respective Summerset and Morrowind Standard Editions are offered together as a pre-purchase digital download, but I cannot find the hyperlink to it. Suffice it to say that the organization of the ZOS website isn't any better than the quality of the game software.

Note: each "chapter" includes a corresponding Base Game installation of Tamriel without subsequent DLCs or chapters. Since each of the two "chapters" alter features of the Base Game, it is best to install Morrowind before installing Summerset,. That should avoid changes to the Base Game made by Morrowind affecting changes made by Summerset.

We both thought with a pre-purchase of Summerset he would get Morrowind. The receipt doesn't have any details. I'll do some more digging but I'm pretty sure he should have that Chapter now.

This is a known issue on PS4, and I'm having the same problem. I'm hoping that this maintenance fixed the issue.
