Quick Question - Level Rewards

I have not played in awhile and I have been working on some different build ideas, when I went in to the game to test some out there seems to be some things that are new, like the skill advisor. I also see that you get some rewards on certain level increases, gear, potions, things meant to make it a bit easier with a new character. I like the idea, only thing I was wondering though do each individual character you make get those rewards when you level up or is it per account, and it only unlocks for one character and other new characters will not get those rewards?

Most are per character except
The crates & mount, once per server
costumes - until you have them all
etc

To be fair, the mount, costumes, and pets are account wide unlocks, so you couldn't get them again if you wanted them.

Consumables, including the XP scroll, are per character (though the XP scroll is unique and bound to that character).

Collectibles, including the costumes, non-combat pets, and crown crates, are only once per account.

Gotcha, that is fine about the mounts and crates as it does not present any problem. I am just happy to know you get the little rewards per character, not a big deal but just helps when testing new builds.
