How to change your Ram limit for Addons For ESO?

Wondering if anyone would know how to change your ram limits for ESO add-ons, it appears I can only find dated information on editing the user settings file which appears not to work that way anymore.
IS there an addon or another way to increase the amount of ram used? I have 64gb and I would like to allocate more than whats likely being used to improve performance.

mmogamerperson✭✭✭Ahh, so that's one of the reasons things have bogged down. I had set mine to have an excess of lua memory, and didn't have a lot of problems with it.
