Like through the months, how active the game? Someone says ESO is "dying" and I want to see if there is a way to tell. Like a website that shows population?

Ignore the nay Sayers etc and go by what you see. I see towns with pop at writ drop offs / pledges. I see people in Vivec, i queue 1 min for a Battleground evening. 2-3mins tops as a healer for a dungeon. Pops enough for all i need.
PvP if you take a mule to Vivec and hit AP you can see how many active that campaign as you will be in last place.Xbox One | EU | EP

Three months ago.

Matt has said in the past that the population is more or less an even split over all three platforms (PC/Mac, Xbox, PS4). (Source)

I remember the first time I noticed just how small the percentage of players were that had captures a resource in cyrodiil...
