Crafting motif 53 clockwork

Does this motif actually exist or was it not added to game and if it was where and what do i need to do to find it hopefully it will not have anything to do with the finding the gold mine under allesia bridge quest as i have'nt found the quest giver for that yet either.

thanks for responses. So just grim harlequin to get to complete all presently available motif styles
