Summerset Upgrade code is invalid - can't redeem

Yesterday I purchased Summerset (Standard Upgrade) from https://www.greenmangaming.com/games/the-elder-scrolls-online-summerset-standard-upgrade-pc/ and was unable to redeem the code. Redeem Code window responded that the code is invalid. I immediately created a ticket in support section, and still didn't get any updates (waiting on agent).
The problem is that I don't know whether GMG provided me with a compromised code or there is some ESO redeeming issue. And now I am confused: should I wait for ZOS to resolve this issue or ask GMG for refund ASAP.
I have read other people's posts with similar problems, but mine seems a bit different, since I can't even redeem code because it keeps saying it's invalid
