Are NA servers having issues??

I logged in 20 minutes ago to find delayed sound, loading screens every 5 minutes and half the world not loading in. Its like the game is trying to load but can't and then tries to reload. It's not any of my addon's as I was playing 3 hours ago and it was fine. Anyone else experiencing these issues?
