Sound Bugs in PvP

Different strong abilities which have a very loud Sound cue don't have it anymore.
Assassin's Will doesn't have a Sound right now
Ballista ultimate also doesn't have its sound cue anymore.
Incap/ soul harvest Sound cue also disappears from time to time
Snipe/ lethal arrows sound cue isn't working reliably when it's casted multiple time
