[Suggestion] Temporary racial buffs

Hello,
Why I needed it:
My main is good for stamina and I like my stam based build when I play pvp but when it comes to pve I like magicka stuff better but the race I picked is no good for magicka builds.
Unfortunately, I don't have an useful alt and I've been thinking to switch to another race for a while, ditch the way I play to get used to another (which is the role I like to pick in dungeons),
but here thanks to stupid exchange rates (blaming the country I live in) crowns and tokens are very expensive, (and also not a big fan of pointy ears : P) So, I really can't switch race every week.
Long story short, if you can give us tomes or scrolls or something that gives us racial buffs (only buffs no need to change appearance) of another race by overriding ours temporarily to puchase, I'll be the first customer.
