First off, I really appreciate the effort to draw in proficient players to provide feedback on class-specific issues such as playability in PvP and PvE combat, skill effectiveness, bugs, etc. through your class representatives.

I would also encourage you to look into creating a similar collection of players who would serve as representatives for non class-related game attributes that would still benefit from certain players' expertise and years of game play. A few game aspects I think warrant an player-based focus group are listed below:

Crafting
Sure, a lot of people craft in the game, but there are a handful that do it basically as their exclusive play style of choice. There are several forum posters I see regularly in the Crafting sub-forum who have tracked, analyzed, and provided valuable empirical data on all aspects of crafting. Material harvest, motif rarity, furnishings material costs, UI improvements, et al. could all use attention, but it's hard to wade through all the salt and differing opinions on the forums, much of which is spawned by incomplete information or incorrect assumptions. This aspect of the game could really benefit from some QoL upgrades, and I think forming a group of some core crafters (from both PC (with add-ons) and console (no add-ons)) would provide valuable insight to game developers.

Housing
To this end, I'm not referring to the creation of furnishings (that would fall under crafting), but rather the actual aspect of overall house design and editor UI. Constructive discussion on things such as item and player caps, housing floor plans, blank slates vs move-in ready styles, and console vs pc editing. There are players who have done fantastic things with their houses on both pc and console that, I think, would provide exceptional "real-life" feedback instead of conceptual/theoretical conjecture of what game devs think players want. Again, this would gather direct feedback from those who have put in the legwork, without trying to sift through all the rants of players who, like myself, spend less than an hour a week visiting/editing their house.

Guilds
This is another area that many people have been clamoring for improvements on. I see the same topics repeated asking for improvements or implementation of: guild halls, increased guild membership, eradicating "ghost" trading guilds, Message of the Day editing and interface. I'm in 5 guilds, but I have never tried to create a MotD or tried to track dues, and I would presume that a large percentage of the playerbase has not either. Yet, when guild improvement threads get started, the loudest voices tend to come from players like me who really don't know all the nuances of running a guild, especially a large trading guild. I think forming a group a folks that include GMs of the large conglomerate trading guilds, social guilds, and RP guilds would provide more civil discussion about improvements that would actually be feasible to implement.

These are just a few of the areas of focus that I think would be worth ZOS' time to form representative groups of players to gather intelligent and viable information from.

PS - I would throw my hat in the ring for a console crafting representative, as that's my main passion in this game, and wouldn't attempt to delude anyone into thinking I am worthy of being considered proficient at any other aspect of ESO.
