Constant UI Errors after pre-purchasing Summerset

Ok, so i finally made my pre-purchase of Summerset (Hallelujah for payday) but from the moment i did i now get UI errors for EVERYTHING.

I Load in - UI Error
I res someone - UI Error
Someone res's me - UI Error
I mount up - you guessed it UI Error.

Please can ZOS look in to resolving whatever it is that is causing this after the pre-purchase of Summerset and fix it.

    From your remarks, I gather that you were able to purchase and download "pre-release" software for Summerset. Then you discovered that it is "unplayable". So what were you expecting?

    FYI: "Pre-release" originally meant that we paid for the software "in advance" while it was still being developed (usually during beta testing), so it was not provided to us to use at all. The software would be sent to us when the publisher "released it to manufacture" (RTM), before it was provided to anyone else. Those who bought it after RTM received it after those who bought it pre-release.

    But apparently that is no longer the rule, at least for games. You should know by now which game the software publishers are playing. Right?
