usersettings.txt devs help

Hi all,
i've tweeked the usersettings.txt file in ESO folder and was able to get a nice boost in graphics and performance.
this made me wonder if there is a better way to tweek it with the help of devs team (after all they made the game).
so this is a message directly for them, please help them get it.
Dear dev team,
would you like please give us 3 setting.ini files optimised for each of those settings
- low setting
- mid setting
- high end setting
if that isn't possible can you please give us the "COMPLETE" usersettings.txt file with all the options inside.

✭✭✭✭✭The correct filename is usersettings.txt.
As to them providing a high, medium and low setting...why? You can already change settings in-game to various levels, and if you are the sort of person to take it further you can go into the usersettings.txt file and tweak it a bit more.
Besides, whos rig would they make those settings for? Yours, mine, someone with dual 1080 Ti's?0 -

some settings aren't even available in the graphics settings menu
SET MIP_LOAD_SKIP_LEVELS “-3” is a major improvement if you don't want to see ugly texture on players and npc
SET PlayerStandInsEnabled.2 “0” to get rid of those black shadow players when teleporting to a new position
SET LuaMemoryLimitMB “256” to increase memory for addons
