Some of the skills zos has created do not actually even do what it says it does, maybe it's me but I have tried using draw essence (Dragon knight ability)to recover magicka especially on the 2nd hit and it doesn't, neither does it even give me my health back. It's a bit frustrating in pvp when you're getting beat on by 6 people and I can't recover my magic. I have tried popping my dragon leap, and it will literally not initate, but reduce the cost of the ultimate, and then give it right back, and I won't even be hit by any increase ultimate cost poisons.

✭✭I mean... might be silly to ask but are you letting it explode? If you recast it before it releases the second hit, you arent getting the magicka back0 -

Yeah which is why I don't understand I'm not receiving magicka cost back, I even did a dragon leap which normally would give me all my resources back and I died after impact.0 -
reiverx✭✭✭✭✭I've noticed that too, and also power lash not returning health like it should.
However, there's so much debuffing going on that things are probably working as intended.0
