Hollowjack Bow not glowing anymore

So I changed my bow in the outfit station to have the Hollowjack appearance and it just doesn't glow at all. I took all the dyes off, changed them, still nothing. It's only on this one character too, I have Hollowjack bows on other characters and they're fine. I spent 3K to get this look and I'm upset it seems to be broken. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Put in a ticket and no reply yet.
