There's a couple animations at the end, like the crumbling of the totems and the closure of the weird portal in the background, that were pretty nice touches. Though so little new content is released in comparison to what we actually spend our time doing - 45 minutes of logging in characters to get Shadowy Supplier and Hireling mails, doing writs, grinding old content for gear, etc - that you have to savor the innovations that get added when they arrive. I wouldn't mind hitting someone with a silence poison, but I'll have to settle for my Cowardice poison for the moment

Sadly, I don't think so. It wasn't a proc off his weapon but more of a sploosh.

Maybe that’s one of the, yet undatamined, Psijic Order skills.

Rich said it was combat oriented skill line, maybe there’s a short duration silence skill, or passive that offers a chance to proc silence upon attack.

Well there are six new traits coming for jewelry so perhaps that is one. The one mentioned was do more damage to enemies under X health, silence would be cool, I can see PVP losing their collective minds but the build diversity that it would spawn... Well shall see.
