Could somebody kindly give me direction on how to whisper a specific player in xbox one text chat?

If you hover over their name in text and hit green you can choose to whisper them. Or if you look at their player and bring up the trading wheel at 1o clock there is a whisper option. Or again you can select them from the guild roster and hit whisper
