High Elf Well and Tent

Will we ever get the High Elf Wells in the game for housing ? i seen at lest 2 styles in AD - frustrating seeing other races have them
Also i would like a AD Tent as well i know there is one in pvp but it's the pvp tent so it has no real walls and that stone/sleeping bags so would love the PVE style tents - other races have them in pve why cant we ?
