Is the flame staff destro bugged on ps4?

I've heard from some people on YouTube that the destro ulti doesnt get the 10 percent dmg increase from using the flame staff. Can anyone confirm this is true or not. I'm on ps4 and I don't know how I would test.

✭Only the stationary morph gets the 10% bonus damage so if you're using Eye of Flame you don't get the extra damage (to see the difference you can reset your morphs and look at the tooltip damage on both morphs). And even when comparing the stationary morphs the Lighting staff ulti numbers are pretty close since the Ancient Knowledge passive from the destro staff gives all AOE's an 8% boost with Lightning staff equipped.Edited by itscompton on March 24, 2018 9:05PM1 -
