Can I please get some help in how I go about changing my username?

Are you trying to change your forum username or your ESO UserID?

If you are trying to change your forum username, please post in this thread.

If you would like to change your ESO UserID, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your ESO account here.
2. Under Account Info, select Edit Account Info.
3. Select the EDIT button next to your current UserID.
4. Enter new UserID, answer your secret question, and click SAVE.
5. Check the email account associated with your ESO account for the required Access Code.
6. Enter the Access Code in the Access Code field.
7. This confirmation will automatically log you out of the account page.
8. Sign back in to your account to confirm that UserID change has occurred.

Hello Zos Billie sorry to bother you again but I need your help!! My whole account info was changed and I cannot log in. My email and username was changed everything was. Can you please help me fix this.

ok thank you. I well submit the ticket. They asked me for my activation code but im no sure what it is because I cant log into my account. I did buy eso on steam is there a way I can check the game activation code on there?

Hello Zos Billie. Sorry to bother you again. I submitted a ticket and an employee had responded. They said they are gonna have a specialized team look at my case. Its been close to a week and I still have not gotten a response yet. Could you please help? This is [Incident: 200422-005928].
