Does anyone else think she looks too grumpy to be one of the good guys?

She's a high elf, they always look sort of grumpy. Also, Luciana from Clockwork City was pretty grumpy and definitely one of the good guys.

The pact are not the enemies of the Psijics. The monks remained neutral during the war.

I'm a Dunmer who's spent an awful lot of time killing Altmer in Cyrodiil. The Psijic Order might be neutral, but my Vestige isn't, and my Vestige isn't too fond of Altmer.

Well technically the psijics arent the good guys but they arent bad guys either. They're actually that wonderful grey area which is why I love them haha

There's a reason @SantieClaws calls them grumpy and snooty elves.

Maybe, but she gives half of every paycheck to orphans... orphans with diseases.

This is an excellent point. 'I'm a mass murderer who causes all the kinds of bad change you try to prevent' would be enough to make any Psijic grumpy.

What I find weird is that she sounds so gentle and yes, even timid at times, but all the while she scouls like a mad thing, especially when talking to the hero whose aid she keeps requesting.

I'd be 'grumpy' too if

my daughter died despite all attempts to save her via the best healers in the world. My husband vanished without a trace to become an edge lord one of the leaders of a Daedric cult that threatens Nirn. Having to watch my dearest friend be torn to pieces in front of me by the figureheads of said cult. And last but not least, having to take up said dear friends mantle and resume control of the Psijic Order despite barely coping with all the above, and not having a clue what to do.

Just a teeny weeny bit 'grumpy'
