Character stuck, Error 318

Tried to load one of my characters on Xbox one. On Europe server. Character appears to be falling from a cliff or ledge. Tried to 'get me unstuck' and bring up map and teleport to a wayshrine. No success. Game then boots me off and says 'Error 318 You have been dropped from server because you hit message limit. Please avoid excessive messaging and spamming.' Only affecting one of my characters. All other 6 seem ok. Have deleted save file from XB. Then retried to play. No success. And also tried uninstalled and reinstalled game. Still happening. Have tried contacting ESO support, Bethesda support etc. Submitted several tickets. No success. Ideas anyone?
