How to upgrade Morrowind to Summerset with Gold Edition?

I have Morrowind now without any DLC.
1) Is it possible to upgrade my copy to Gold Edition with 4 DLC (Orsinium, Imperial city, Dark Brotherhood and Thief Guild)? Whats the cost?
2) How to upgrade Morrowind to Summerset with Gold Edition if it possible? I want to get Summerset and 4 DLC (Orsinium, Imperial city, Dark Brotherhood and Thief Guild).

e.g. PC there is a difference between steam and the eso store etc.

I'm not sure if you can upgrade to gold edition. I'm not sure if it's still there but there was a DLC bundle in the crown store that included those DLCs.

Either Sub or buy the 4DLC pack, but do it through the ESO store, but tbh subbing is definitely better as you get access to all DLCs, a lot of in-game benefits and your purchase costs are refunded in crowns.
