What weapons are best for a Stamina character? Dagger and maul?
Dagger and axe?
Both daggers?

Can you please help me?
Also, what are the better traits? Sharpened or Nirnhoned or Precise?

Most guides suggest either dagger/dagger or dagger/axe with Nirnhoned and Precise.

I go with the general rule: kajhit go for dagger/axe other races go for dagger/dagger. But im more into magicka classes rather than stamina classes.

Daggers! Leave the letter openers for milk drinkers xD

Ax or Sword, what is your weapon of choice? ;)

Axes and Dual Blades, my favoured weapons <3

I swap out between 2 daggers or 1 dagger/1 axe, depending on what dungeon I'm crawling.

Daggers give weapon crit and Axes give bleed DoT when the passives are unlocked.

Most guides suggest either dagger/dagger or dagger/axe with Nirnhoned and Precise.

Most guides say dagger/ax, nirn/infused. Precise is junk. Has been for a while.

If you are not a stamplar, you use one ax, you will proc the bleed from an ax on a templar a lot less because you are using jabs as a spammable.

Nightblades use an ax, because suprise attack procs the ax bleed.

If you are a stamden and use the bird, use 2 daggers, if not, you use ax.

If you are a stamsorc use an ax.

If you are a stamdk, use an ax.

No one told Alcast that then because he's still using Precise in every build he's put out.

Lol even though I think he is super overrated, have you been to his site lately?

    Stamdk, dagger/ax nirn/infused

    Stamnb dagger/ax nirn/infused

    Stamsorc, dagger/ax or dagger nirn/presice

    https://alcasthq.com/eso-stamina-sorcerer-build-pve/

    Stamplar dagger/dagger nirn/infused

    https://alcasthq.com/eso-stamina-templar-build-pve/

    Stamden, dagger/ax nirn/infused

    https://alcasthq.com/eso-stamina-warden-build-pve/

All his recommendations are like mine. I mean it is really not hard to figure out. The only one with presice has a skill that heals on cirts.

And it is nirn/infused is so good because you get a full 15% more weapon damage from the main hand and having infused on your off hand also reduces the cool down of your main hand enchant. So that is way more DPS then just 3.5% crit.

In my opinion, for AoE 2 precise daggers are best for more crit, for single target one infused and one nirnhoned dagger and axe combo, enchant will proc only on one target, further its best to have an infused bow with weapon damage enchant back bar. Bleed has a very low chance (8%) and it should be procced on priority targets like boss.

It depends entirely on the rest of your character concept.

Axes have a chance to do bleed
    Maces ignore some armor
    Swords do more damage
    Daggers do more critical

If you want to do max damage on light armored opponents, you may want swords. If you have some set effect that involves criticals, you may want daggers. If you are facing heavily armored opponents, maces might help and if you want to go with a DoT build, take up axes.

...most people, as has been said, go for daggers or axes...

Or just forget about the mechanics, and go with what you like for your character concept.
