✭✭✭✭✭I believe most or all of these are made by Lucas Slominski, the key art illustrator for ESO. He's been on a few ESO live episodes as well, incredibly talented guy. If ZOS wants more of my money, they should release more lithographs of these concept art pictures, or better yet, an artbook with the full collection.
