Is there any way to actually submit a ticket?

I just spent an hour going a round in circles on the ESO support site, and the only thing I can conclude is that they actively do Not want to deal with issues that they cause. There is NO place - NONE - to simply click a link to support and submit a ticket.. You go around and around and around. You have to select from lists that have nothing to do with your issue. They take you to FAQs. There is a link to check into previously sent in tickets, but NO WAY to submit a new ticket.

They CLAIM right in their Sommerset information that this free week applies to previously set up accounts. But they only have links to use the free week by setting up a brand new account. So is this just intentional false advertising? How does one apply the free week to your existing F2P account?

I decided to send in a ticket to ask them, hoping for a response before the end of the free week. But I find that its not physically possible to actually submit a ticket.

What am I missing?

I just use the in-game Ask For Help option and reply to the email they eventually send with more info.

You know, last time someone complained about that, I went to the support section, followed the question trees and got to the point where the other player was getting stuck.

There was a question at the bottom that said "Was this information helpful?" and I said no, and got a field where I could explain why.

And apparently that created a ticket because I had a support person email me and try to help me with my issue.

Thats a bit bizzarre. I suppose its better than nothing. If you cant get into the game to put in a ticket that way, you'd be screwed.
