They haven't said anything about that yet.

Why would you need more character slots though? No new class, no new race.

Well, you might want to play an Altmer so you can fit in with those snooty high elves.

Or you might want to be some barbarian Orc warlord from Clan Shatul to scandalize those snooty high elves. "An orc/dunmer/bosmer/cat/HUMAN! on our sacred shores!" *gasp! faints*

(AKA its probably for roleplaying reasons, since there's no gameplay need for a new character.)

Correction: experiencing the new tutorial is a gameplay need for a new character.

I could use another one or two slots, tbh.. actually, make that 3. 6 chars on every faction would be svelte.

New tutorial, new intro, new ways to reconnect to the main quest.
For me it's enough reasons to roll a new character - but not enough to delete one of my current ones. So yes, I need new character slots.

I think playing new tutorial on PTS will be enough for me. Do not want to delete any of my 14 alts. Each class per alliance. Each role per class... Perfect fo my OCD.

They said we're gonna get new tutorial, so I'm sure they will be additional character slot available to purchase on Crown Store, for those who are already at chatacter cap and want to experience new tutorial with new character.

Yeah, if you have 15 characters, you'd have to delete one to do the new tutorial. There's a solid reason for a new character slot.
