Please make flightless griffin mounts

Griffins are confirmed to be in summerset but on the pet there is wings. This game doesn't support flying so please give us wingless griffin mounts

They have to have wings, but I'd be ok if they didn't fly. I really, really want a griffin mount, too. My guess is that it's something they have planned.

Let them keep their wings, but don't give them the ability to fly as a mount. We clip bird wings to keep them grounded, so why not gryphons?

You should really play Heroes of Might & Magic series, basically griffins in every single one and there's about 7 or 8 of them now?

The higher paladins even have cool griffin armor too

And believe me, if they design a gryphon mount it will be in the Crates as Super Duper Radiant Apex.

yesss it would be entirely possible to have them glide.. Like jump up and glide down a bit.. or not at all but either way mounts would be cool. Screw the griffen pet IMO and its also my opinion that we wont see a griffen mount. Because if they were gonna have it i doubt they would use that silly pet.

No flying mounts in cyro, they should be disallowed like pets/banker/merchant. That should quell any and all pvper's worried about someone else having a vertical advantage.

Personally wouldn't have an issue either way. Pvper's without fully upgraded mounts or no mount at all are clearly at a disadvantage already compared to those with, but whatever, not gonna happen anyway until they upgrade the engine which I don't think is happening anytime soon.

~ Heavy resemblance to World of Warcraft. Gryphons Mounts. Ridding/Flying Option.

~ A torture indeed. Elves do love animals. The restriction of flying would severely impact creature's pride and freedom. A wings without the ability to fly or perhaps we shall tell them to cut them off? Cruel and unthinkable.

~Plenty of Mounts Available and do exist in game and they already offer Nightmare Senche mount.

~ Unwise decision. Bad, Give the players a Gryphon with ability to ride only, a player shall desire flying mount. It would be a a matter of time only.

~ The thread already went to slight discussion about possibility of the flying mounts

1. They have existed since daggerfall, just not present
2. that's why they should make a flightless or gliding breed, like they did with cliff striders
3. Another cat mount? we need more mount variety
4. There has already been threads asking for those type of mounts

and where would you fly bro? the game is not designed for vertical movement...look at the water we cant even dive...besides the maps are 2 small and if u think about PvP it would just be restricted as in most MMOs...so ask yourself again if you truly want to feel like a caged bird...however a gliding mount that's still on the ground but not like the skeletal dragon or the cliff racers...might be interesting...
