It was said that the Psijic skill line will be available to ALL regardless of purchase, so it not P2W.
It was never stated it would be available to all.
It was mentioned in minute(in the live video, you can re-watch it): 21:27
What he is stating is that "any race, character, class" essentially can join it. That is what is being stated in different words. Not that you DON'T need to access Summerset to join it. This is clear in the fact that he then goes on to state "you can keep the character you love and have built and use it so you don't have to start over".
The main argument is that it's not a class and no starting over is needed. It IS required to buy the chapter to use it.4 -

I would still consider using it. There are some situations where you just can't come back, for example when you get an incap on you and on top of it you get tagged by 2-3 bleeds+cost poisons? yeah, I don't think spell wall will help me a lot against that.

Donari✭✭✭✭I suppose the big question is what's the cost - what's to stop someone spamming it every few seconds just in case they do need it? If it's an ultimate or costs enough magicka (I assume it'll be a magicka ability) that doing that will leave you unable to do anything else and you have to save it until you think you're going to need it then I doubt it will be a problem.
Well, if it acts like the GW2 one, it doesn't heal you. It just puts you back where you were. If you're spamming it, however, you could spam yourself into a low-resources moment and get wrecked.
I agree with folks that it's likely an Ultimate, though (which is also like the GW2 version inasmuch as Continuum Split needs you to build up to it to make it useful, you need 3 clones/phantasms out and your big hitting skills available since you want to spam those out and then rapidly do the Split to get them back, and then you have a longish cooldown before you can use it again).0 -

You can't use skills if you're already dead. You'd need to use it before dying.7 -

Well going back 4 seconds might be a good or a bad thing in ESO combat, so I doubt that you REALLY need a cooldown on it. Considering the amount of burst players have, 4 seconds ago you could've had 200 HP left and still survived. Let's face it, the combat in ESO in PvP is pretty fast paced.@ Izaki #PCEU

I know Crown crates are a scam, but trying to start a witch hunt for nothing... It's an expansion dude, oh and BTW, Morrowind was P2W since you needed that to get the warden class. And also, You get the base game, Morrowind and Summerset if you buy it. So Every one is basically going to have that skill. Put your pitchfork and torches back in the shed.2 -
