The game one let me patch. Then it ask me to run some tool. What the hell with that help me. Im not an IT person, i can't use that information for anything.... What a joke

    Provide more detailed information on the problem, what tool?

    Windows/anti virus block?

    Try to repair via the launcher?

    Reinstall?

    VPN changing or IP hiding programms can resolve it. Looks like ZoS accidently activated some hidden axecution protocol (just like jedi killing protocol in StarWars 3) for emergency bun for some regions=) "execute all the players from #region name#"=)

    So you're from Germany=) Just as I sad: Russia, Germany and Spain. Atleast this 3 countryes hase a problems with launcher. Just as always.

    Downloaded patch after 7 tryes, kuz it start downloading a few minutes ago (with random errors).

    Glad you got in eventually! I still can’t get past the 102 error :(@ZOS_GinaBruno do you perhaps know if any fixes are coming? I’ve done all the suggested steps and really don't want to have to download a vpn. Am sick at home and would’ve enjoyed wandering around tamriel today

    I play on a PC. I havent changed anything. I have tried several times now to repair. It will take a long time to redownload and install the game. And to update it again. Maybe they should just do their job. Can't be right I have to spend ours again, to be able to play the game, because they mess things up.
    So this is the second day i can't play this game.
