Maomer and Sload might be working together. Who knows if they're getting involved with Daedra too, but I wouldn't put it past Mephala to plot something or other that involves them. Willingly, or even knowingly though, I don't know.

At the same time where in midst of the Daedric War storyline that will bring us to the home of the Altmer.
Are Maormer allied with some Daedric forces? Is Ayrenn asking for help because the Maormer are about to conquer (and maybe destroy) Alinor/Artaeum? What do you think?

I was really impressed with the detail put into Vivec, Balmora, and Ald-Ruhn, so I'm genuinely feeling positive that Alinor will be something really special, and ZOS will prove they can deliver the goods when they spend a whole year focused on one province's visual identity.
and the return of a certain charming Breton.
If Vanus is indeed intended to make a return come next chapter i only whish that ZOS portray him with the dignity deserving of such an important and interesting character throughout the lore of TES, and not the silly giddy teenage approach they took to in vanilla ESO.

Griffin pet? I wonder if there are bigger ones for riding. However, I'm a bit disappointed, still nothing about unicorns (but some shadow murderous steeds instead). Quen from TG once said to Velsa that her father owned some unicorns.

Oh boy, what a letdown.
Urgh. So according to Rich in one interview, there's a rift in Altmer society because of Ayrenn's decision to open the borders. The Court of Bedlam represents the traditionalists side and are the antagonists (e.g. at the Abyssal Geysers), and apparently they are allied with Mephala.
So we have another story of Daedric corruption in Altmer society. The most anti-Daedra there ever was.
Not only is it Auridon 2.0, it's especially flabbergasting that the traditionalist Altmer would side with Daedra. If anyone, it should be Ayrenn. Her agenda of change in Altmer society and domination of Tamriel fits Mehrunes Dagon's sphere actually pretty well.
But maybe I'm wrong and there'll be a twist. Mephala's the great deceiver, after all.
