Not able to play (XB NA)

I did the update this morning for today’s patch . However , when I try to log in I get stuck at the Elder Scrolls Online Morrowind screen (right before you get to the character selection screen). I can hit A To continue to the next screen , but it stays on that screen with the music still playing in the background . The update was fully installed and I’ve reset my Xbox several times . Anyone else having / had this issue ? If so , how do you correct it?

Thank you! It’s working now. Tried the hard reset but it must have had something to do with the local saved data.
