So this has been an issue for quite a while, now it is becoming more prominent.
The issue is that you cannot use any abilities / spells / skills or interact with anything at all. You cannot loot a body, chest or mats.
To resolve the issue you have to do a dodge roll and this fixes the problem.
However not being able to attack or defend in Cyrodil, or more importantly Imperial City Sewers where if you die you lose half your telvar stones is quite unfair. Whether it is ai or other players attacking.
Also as a Sorcerer my stamina has 0 points invested and I need to have that stamina to break free or dodge an attack, especially in Cyrodil.
I know that I amnot the only person experiencing this issue, as several people I play with have the same issue and I have had to tell them to roll dodge to interact.
This is occurring about 75% of the time when dismounting, and randomly when just playing.
It is also happening while mounted, and preventing the use of Rapids.
If you could please look into this issue as it is getting worse every day it seems, that would be greatly appreciated.
